Three things: (1) RAG over the full text of Thai statutes — answers carry clause IDs and traceable citations rather than relying on model memory, virtually eliminating hallucinations; (2) Trilingual native (ZH/EN/TH) from the same source; (3) Output is downloadable docx (redlines, negotiation notes, BOI reports), not plain text.

Are contracts uploaded to the cloud? How is data secured?

We offer a public × private hybrid. The statute base, case law and RAG index are maintained by us (public cloud). Contract text, knowledge bases and HR data can stay on your own servers (private), connected via a secure connector. Government agencies can deploy fully on-premise. We already meet PDPA, data residency in Thailand and exportable audit logs; ISO 27001 is on the roadmap.

How is pricing structured?

SiamDiSai does not charge per seat. You pay by account-level token usage plus per-report fees for in-depth reports. Free trial; Pro from $30/month (with a token pool); Business from $200/month. Enterprise+ and Government are negotiated; pricing is not public.

What does BOI Assessment do?

Accepted Answer

An 8–12 step guided form auto-matches all 491 BOI activities and outputs feasibility %, tier recommendation (A1+/A1/A2/A3/A4/B), exact tax savings, plus the documents / licenses you are missing and an optimization path to bump up one tier. Three report depths (overview / standard / expert).

How many Thai enterprises are indexed? Can I do shareholder lookup?

About 2M companies registered with the Thai Ministry of Commerce (DBD), growing ~3,000/day. Supports lookup by registration number, keyword, address, shareholder or UBO reverse-lookup. Full fields including TSIC, capital, founding date, recent changes. Chinese-friendly search; bulk API for diligence and KYC use cases.

When will the English and Thai versions launch?

Chinese is the main release today. English and Thai are partially live (this page is one of them); the full set rolls out across 2026 Q3-Q4. Law firms and government agencies can request early English access from inside the app.

How do government agencies or large law firms arrange on-premise deployment?
